    绿豆饭

    昨天烧饭的时候突然想变变花样,于是绞尽脑汁想什么东西可以和米饭搭配,翻箱倒柜找到了一包夏天没有吃掉的绿豆,决定混合了。把绿豆拿出来洗一下,然后加上半盒水,泡了大概两三个小时,把水倒掉之后加上白米淘洗,然后按照正常的方法烧饭,水的量按照米来就行,也可以稍稍多一点点。就这样,绿豆饭诞生了,虽然绿豆烧出来还是有点硬,绿豆的清香都进到了米饭里,还是别有一番风味的,除此之外还在米饭里加进了很多膳食纤维,有益健康。总结一下经验,绿豆要泡久一点,两三个小时估计不够,下次泡一个晚上试试。
